Populous introduction

Populous: the beginning is a awesome game, that's the first thing to say.

You command a Xaman whit spectacular powers. Since a small fire-blast to a powerful volcano... But the Xaman isn't alone (thank god!). She commands an entire army of followers. She has to fight another tree tribes, whith the same powers, followers and buildings: the Dakiny (red), the Matac (green) and the chumara (yellow). The games propose is to make your Xaman became a God. With 24 chalenging levels and a bonus level you have to face many tribes, who are capable to do evrything to kill your Xaman. If they did, dont worry, she will reincarnate. But it isn't so easy, you have to protect your followers, so your Xaman can reincarnate... So  protect them well.

The game has been published at 1998, by Bullfrog and today, the game is all around the world. Populous even has a online match service, were you can fight against other players at Populous reincarnated.
